Anything graphic design related: logos, social media graphics, print layouts, packaging, illustrations, presentations, marketing collateral and photo retouching. We intentionally do not offer web development, video, or marketing strategy — design only, done exceptionally well.
Most requests are delivered within 2–3 business days on Essential and ~48 hours on Pro. Complex print or packaging work may take a little longer — you'll always see an estimated timeline on your request page.
It's the number of requests in the pipeline at once. On Essential you can have 1 active request; on Pro you can run 3 in parallel. Once a request is completed, the slot frees up and you can immediately submit the next one — unlimited completed requests.
Every request includes revision rounds: 3 on Essential, unlimited on Pro. When we submit work for review you can approve it, or send it back with notes through the dashboard and we'll refine until it's right.
A small team of senior designers — on Pro you get a dedicated designer who learns your brand over time. You'll communicate with them directly through the request thread.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing page in one click. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees — your requests remain downloadable after you leave.
